Yes, another seminar!! You guys have been showing depth of understanding in relation to complex issues, which not only helps you understand the American political system but also enhances your ability to respond effectively to AP FRQs.
Thursday's seminar will be our last for a little while, as we will be turning to social, economic, and foreign policy before beginning our exam review.
The subject for Thursday`s seminar is, of course, the judiciary. To prepare, you should review your syntheses and the PPT presentation in addition to doing the following:
1) Read, annotate, and take notes on the following readings. The first three are in the Judiciary Readings file on Drive.
2) Complete a Thinking Moves organizer, prepare evidence-based arguments, and prepare at least five higher-order questions.
On Wednesday, you will have most of our short period to work on preparing. I will also be giving you your Culminating Project for the semester.
