To prepare, you must read, annotate, and create questions with which to discuss the following three articles:

- A set of detailed notes on the authors' main arguments and evidence, as well as notes on your own analyses (main points, areas of connection, agreement/disagreement).
- A set of questions (2-3 per article minimum) that relate to issues regarding the separation of powers. NOTE: The Seminar must focus on separation of powers—not simply ISIS
